Welcome to The Canopy Club — Central Illinois’ Home for Live Music since 1999. For your safety, comfort, and a seamless entry experience please review our entry policies below to ensure a smooth check-in at the door. 

🔞 All guests must be 18+ to enter, unless otherwise noted. We do occasionally host all-ages or 14+ events that conclude before 10pm. Please refer to our website calendar for the most up to date info.

⚠️ The club has a standard $3 surcharge for all patrons under the age of 21 at most shows.

🆔 Per state law – a valid, physical government-issued photo ID is required for all guests upon entry. Screenshots, pictures, and student IDs are not accepted. Please see our full ID policy by clicking below. 

🎫 You can purchase all tickets online on our website or at the door with our Box Office in person, unless the show is sold out or a private event. Mobile tickets and scannable images are accepted. Please click below to view more related info for ticketing policies. 

⛔ No outside food or drink, large bags, pets, or weapons of any kind are permitted. Click below to review our complete list of prohibited items including details on camera equipment, flow props, noisemakers, dress code and more. 

🧣 Canopy Club does provide an optional-paid coat check at select shows and dependent on weather.

♿ The Canopy Club strives to accommodate all guests. Our courtyard, front room, and main floor are wheelchair accessible. Service animals are permitted in accordance with local guidelines. For specific questions, requests or accommodations please contact our team in advance — we’re happy to help.

ID Policy

🆔 All Canopy Club guests must provide valid government-issued photo ID to enter the Canopy Club. All valid identification must be original, up-to-date, intact and photo-bearing.

🆔 This requirement applies to all guests, including press/media, performers, and those on guest lists. Please review the details below for what is and is not accepted.

Ticketing

🎫 All Canopy Club guests must have valid a ticket for entry. Advance tickets can be purchased online at our website at any time. You can access FEE-FREE physical tickets in person directly from our Box Office (the front desk) during any show, next door at Manolo’s Pizza, or from a local performer/promoter directly. 

⚠️ We’ll never DM or message you directly asking for ticket payments or transfers.

📱 Mobile tickets and scannable images of tickets are accepted! Please make sure that your image is clear with a scannable barcode. Blurry, unscannable and unreadable images will not be accepted. 

📶 We accept some forms of epay for ticketing. ????

📋 Will call, giveaway winners, special guests, outside press and media will all report to our Box Office upon arrival to pick up your tickets and/or credentials. Just let our team know your name when you make it to the front desk. All guests, giveaway winners, press, etc. must present a valid ID for entry. All press and media must be approved + advanced with our marketing team. 

🛑 Sold-out shows are all the way SOLD-OUT. We do not offer any additional tickets at the box office or in our line. You can check our website for the most up to date listing for availability. We do not permit scalping or solicitation by any third parties outside of our venue for ticket sales and we cannot guarantee the safety or validity of any third party sellers or re-sale sites. The only purchase we can fully guarantee is by buying directly from us online or from one of our listed partners.

🆘 If you are having problems accessing or locating a ticket you bought online, you will need to contact the Eventim Support Center directly. This contact info is available on your email purchase receipt and on their website linked below. Tickets are not subject to any refunds unless the show is cancelled or postponed as outlined in our ticket policy also linked below.

Prohibited Items

⛔ Our safety team is here to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. All attendees and belongings are subject to search upon entry. Venue management reserves the right to make the final determination on any items, listed or otherwise. Possession of prohibited items or engaging in unsafe behavior may result in removal.

👜 For the safety and comfort of all guests, bags larger than 8″ x 8″ are not permitted inside the venue. Small purses, clutches, and bags under 8″ x 8″ are allowed and subject to inspection at entry. Exceptions may be made for medical or media bags, which will also be screened by our safety team before entering. 

💫 Flow items such as hoops, poi, ropes, staffs, juggling balls, or whips are considered on a show-by-show basis and may be restricted depending on capacity or event type. Please ensure you can safely return these items to your vehicle if denied entry. The Canopy Club is not responsible for items left unattended inside or near the venue.

🚭 Our venue is a smoke-free indoor environment in compliance with local ordinances. This includes all forms of smoking and vaping, such as e-cigarettes, vapes, and THC devices. Guests may smoke or vape in our designated outdoor courtyard, accessible from either the main floor or front room.

Please notify a Canopy Club team member at our front room bar immediately. Our team will note and log your item in case it turns up before the end of the night. You’re welcome to stop back by the front bar as you leave to check in.\
