🛠️ General Staff

An integral part of our team is our general staff — you’ll float from bar, box office, security, to hospitality and everything in between. This role is about learning the ropes, growing your skillset, and maintaining the department that makes every show run smoothly… If you’re into live music, good energy, but aren’t quite sure where you would fit in – this is a great way to get your foot in the door.

🗝️ Custodial & Maintenance

Our day crew keeps the place running — fixing what breaks, tightening what’s loose, and making sure the venue looks and feels ready for every show. It’s hands-on, behind-the-scenes work that keeps the lights on and the doors open.

_{^{Restock, order, and keep inventory for cleaning + maintenance supplies.}}
_{^{Handle basic lighting repairs, painting, and general upkeep around the venue.}}

_{^{Assist other departments tearing down gear, staging, or furniture as needed.}}

🍇 Hospitality Liaison

[Hiring for 2026] – The Canopy Club is seeking bright, eager and courteous individuals to work in our hospitality department! The Hospitality Liaison keeps artists and crews taken care of for long hours, from load-in to load-out.

_{^{Communicate with tour managers and venue management to handle requests smoothly.}}
_{^{Must own a personal, well maintained (4 seats minimum) vehicle in the CU area.}}
_{^{Must be 21+ or older. (Alcohol + Canna purchases are frequent)}}
_{^{Hospitality experience preferred – not required.}}

🎫 Box Office

Canopy is searching for courteous, friendly, bright individuals for this team. The Box Office handles almost all things ticketing — from will call and guest list, to giveaway winners and walk-ups. You’ll be the first face our guests see after stepping inside the venue, so bring your smiles nightly.

🍺 Bartender

The Bartender keeps the crowd happy and the drinks flowing. You’ll serve guests quickly, responsibly, and with great energy — whether it’s a sold-out show or a chill Monday in the front room. You’re the front line of hospitality and critical part of what makes the concert experience memorable.

🧊 Barback

The barbacks are the ones who keep the bar running smoothly and the drinks flowing. Hands down the behind-the-bar MVP. Your primary responsibility is to allow for our bartenders to operate at their highest levels, focusing on serving guests and creating a memorable experience. It’s all about hustle and teamwork.

🍾 Experience Concierge

[Hiring for 2026] – Our experience concierge is the primary point of contact for all of our elevated experience options at The Canopy Club. You’ll cater to our big spenders, partners and special guests that are hosted in our reserved balcony sections (The Nest,) offering a multitude of table reservations and bottle service packages.

Our Security & Safety Team sets the tone for our guest’s concert experience. This team is responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment with the utmost priority on keeping our venue safe, respectful, and secure. The backbone of every department.
