Come and celebrate the culmination of Catheryn and Kyle’s time with Lyric Theatre @ Illinois with an electric night filled with good music and good times at the Canopy Club. Featuring various musical guests from the school of music and an array of genres that will leave you wanting more. Make sure to mark your calendars, this is an event you won’t want to miss.
Kyle Widener Bio:
Kyle Widener is a senior studying Lyric Theatre with a minor in Public Relations and Business at the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. While at UIUC he has been involved in Illini Student Musical’s Into the Woods (Jack), Legally Blonde (Ensemble) and Freaky Friday (Fletcher). He has also been seen in Lyric Theatre’s productions of City of Angels (Jimmy Cover), Wild Party (Jackie), Fugitive Songs, Oklahoma! (Will Parker), and most recently 35mm. He is under the instruction of Sarah Wigley. He would also like to thank his amazing parents and partner for their endless support, and to the Canopy Club for allowing us to use this wonderful space to showcase our talents.
Catheryn Kuhar Bio:
Catheryn Kuhar is a senior pursuing a BMA in Lyric Theatre. Her past credits performing at the Krannert Center include: A Little Night Music (Fredrika); City of Angels (Mallory Cover); The Wild Party (Mae); and Oklahoma! (Laurey). She would like to thank her family and friends for their endless support toward her craft and express a special gratitude to the Canopy Club for housing this show!
